Keieijuku is a program of the Vietnam – Japan government in which companies selected by Jica (Japan International Cooperation Agency) will receive training from experts of Panasonic on building a Japanese-style Monozukuri production management system.
With the foundation QCDSE – Quality – Cost – Delivery – Safety – Environment and Lean management with 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, Kanban, Visual management, Horenso, 5W2H pillars,… studied from the program, VVN is continuously improving our management system.

With the support of the Japan International Cooperation Agency – Jica, the Keieijuku community has more than 650+ members across the country, more than 60,000 employees and generates a total revenue of more than 4+ billion USD per year.
