On December 3, 2022, representatives of Vanvina JSC visited factory No. 2 of Manufacturing & Trading Dulico Company Limited in the event of visiting and sharing experience in applying knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Lean, Monozukuri into the operation of factories.
With the desire to build a Japanese-style production system, the Keieijuku metal group kick starts a monthly “On-site Advising” activity. The group organized factory visits with the participation of Keieijuku club members and managers, thereby using collective intelligence to evaluate, comment and advise companies members on all matters related for better working enviroment on the production site. This activity also contributes to “awaken” the managers of the member companies, thereby taking specific actions to implement the company leaders’ commitments on the change of the product site. After 8-12 months, the OA team will come back to review the effect of the changes.
On December 3, with the support of Mr. Hirata Yasuhiro – Jica’s senior expert, Keieijuku metal group organized the OA-01 activity of December 2022 at Dulico company – Kei11 company that manufactures mechanical products such as hinges, mechanical details for locks, production of brass plates, brass rod. The company was established in 1991 and revenue in 2021 reached more than 216 billion VND with about 100 employees in 2 factories.
From 9:30 a.m, after Dulico company presented the existing problems, the OA team spent more than 1 hour and 15 minutes to survey the production site, and conducted on-site consultation for enterprises for more than 2 hours and 45 minutes.
With the support of the Japan International Cooperation Agency – Jica, the Keieijuku community has more than 800 members across the country, more than 60,000 employees and generates a total revenue of more than VND 100,000 billion per year. Keieijuku’s vision is to become a prestigious social organization of people with business aspirations and to become an effective bridge for Vietnamese – Japanese businesses.
