On November 19, 2022, representatives of Vanvina JSC visited factory No. 3 of Minh Cuong Mechanical Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company in the event of visiting and sharing experience in applying knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Lean, Monozukuri into the operation of factories.
Keieijuku is a Vietnamese business community that has received support from the Japan International Cooperation Agency – Jica to build manufacturing business following the Japanese model. This is a regular activity of Keieijuku community members to share and review experiences in the process of implementing knowledge learned from the Keieijuku program to contribute to building and inspiring change in business for members of the community.
The sharing session was attended by:
– Mr Hirata Yasuhiro – Jica’s Senior Expert.
– Mr Vu Tien Cong – Vice Chairman of Keieijuku community – General Director of Inox Hoang Vu.
– Mr. Nguyen Dao Vinh – Vice Chairman of Keieijuku community – Director of Vanvina.
Together with nearly 30 members of the Keieijuku community, under the attentive reception of the Chairman, General Director and other managers of Minh Cuong Trading Mechanical Construction Joint Stock Company.
With the support of the Japan International Cooperation Agency – Jica, the Keieijuku community has more than 800 members across the country, more than 60,000 employees and generates a total revenue of more than VND 100,000 billion per year. Keieijuku’s vision is to become a prestigious social organization of people with business aspirations and to become an effective bridge for Vietnamese – Japanese businesses.
Keieijuku community has been trying their best to build a Vietnamese business community “Self control – Self reliant – Self strengthening” of entrepreneurs who build businesses in the Japanese style of management, through activities of connecting, sharing practical experiences in the field to create an outstanding management strength of each company members.
